Edward J. Bolognini has served in a variety of senior management and governance roles in not-for-profit organizations over the past 25 years.

Prior to joining The Fedcap Group, Ed served as the President & CEO of Saint Luke Institute in Silver Spring, MD and as Chairman & CEO of St. Luke Centre in Manchester, England.

Ed has focused his career on enterprise growth, crisis management and turn-around solutions.

Ed earned several graduate degrees, including an Masters in Finance and Financial Management Services from the McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley University. Ed  is a past member of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Ed is among an estimated 70 million Americans who have been involved in the criminal justice system.  As the Executive Director of Wildcat, and as Interim Director of The Women’s Project, Ed is working to contribute to its 45 year history of successfully reintegrating the justice involved into their communities by ensuring that every person who leaves prison or jail has a healthy network of support, a job, access to health care, and safe, stable housing.
