The Jails2Jobs program offers individuals formerly involved in the criminal justice system the training and skills necessary to obtain and maintain employment.  We start planning before an individual leaves jail and we work with them after they return to the community.  We provide career training, job placement and behavioral health support as needed so that those we serve remain stable, employed and living in the community with a positive network of support.

Some of the specific services we provide include:

  • An array of behavioral health supports including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Case Management Services
  • Work Readiness
  • Job placement and Retention Services
  • Transitional Employment through Wildcat

Jails2Jobs services are structured within two tracks.

Track I is for individuals who are already stable, they have a place to live,  and have the full support of family and friends.  These individuals are self-directed and looking for full-time employment.  Our Field Recruiters assist these individuals with job readiness and employment.

Track II is for individuals who are in need of supportive services more stable housing.  Our  Case Manager works closely with these individuals to help them stabilize and become work ready.
